A few notes: these are the larger of the drawings in Sequence: Meta-Noir Narratives. In order to achieve the pooling effects I couldn’t stretch the paper over stretchers or a cradle – if I did, it wouldn’t pool. The problem in the end being a large, wavy piece of Arches hot press or BFK. So in the end I had to re-soak the paper and press them until dry.
