Here is a few comments to start.  This /should/ be the first of many entries on the subject:

I steal. Well I do and I don’t. What I do is necessary for the art to work. I take things to back things but the original meaning is necessary to make them work. Without the possibility of the recognition of the images what i do is meaningless.

The the argument for appropriation in art was made long before I was born. Is is still necessary that i defend my drawings. I don’t think so. Only the effectiveness of them.
